To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following Terms & Conditions. By booking an appointment, you agree to these guidelines.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or approved communication channels.
Please select your service carefully. If you are unsure which service to book, we recommend reaching out or booking a consultation prior to your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. At the same time, missed appointments directly affect our availability.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service price and may impact future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed.

Arriving late may result in a shortened or modified service, or rescheduling if the delay affects the schedule.
If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you accordingly.
Deposits & Payments
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Service Results & Expectations
Results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and maintenance. Please inform us of any prior treatments, sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment.
While every effort is made to achieve your desired look, results cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds & Adjustments
Due to the nature of personal services:
